Developing leaders in Ogilvy and Mather

Case Study

Ogilvy & Mather Group UK (a marketing and communications group) set us the challenge of working with them to design a leadership talent development programme to deliver sustained behaviour change in leaders across the 10 Ogilvy agencies. Their aim was to develop high level leadership capability, building a talent pipeline to lead each agency to be the very best in their sector.

Ogilvy were looking for a cultural shift and behavioural change, moving towards a more adult-to-adult culture where questioning and challenge came naturally and individuals took responsibility for their own development.

The PACE programme aimed at Managing Partners and Functional Heads, was to be the most senior programme in a suite of programmes supporting the leadership journey.

The programme follows a modular design with a combination of stimulating and interactive workshops, action learning sets and leadership/client input. The different touch points allow for follow up and transfer of learning into leadership practice & results.

The results
