Sabine has worked in the field of Leadership Development for over 20 years, initially working in Germany at Director Level for the DTA (Deutsche Trainer Akademie) where she developed and taught a Training Certificate Programme to in-house Leadership Specialists. For the last 10 years, Sabine has worked with different Learning Organisations and is consulting, tutoring and coaching leaders and managers in a number of settings and situations. She has worked with the public and private sectors as well as colleges and universities.

As a coach and facilitator Sabine is insightful and skilful to get to the heart of the matter which enables her to evoke powerful and sustainable change. Sabine works with integrity aligning strong analytical ability with empathy combining business awareness with a transformational way of working.

Sabine has an international approach to life and business and works all over Europe and occasionally in the US and Singapore as well. She speaks fluentGerman and has lived in both the UK and Germany.

Qualified as coach and holding a Masters in Coaching Psychology, Sabine also uses a number of diagnostic tools, such as:MBTI, Emotional Intelligence Profile, Firo Element B, 360 degree feedback measures.

She is also qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Transactional Analysis, holds a Certificate in Learning and Development from Leicester University and is committed to her own Learning and Development.
