Carolyn is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working in the areas of talent management, team facilitation and leadership development. She has held senior roles in a number of specialist consultancies, working with managers and leaders across a range of industry sectors.
Carolyn sees her role as being that of a facilitator – facilitating others in increasing their own self-awareness, understanding of others and how to develop their personal and professional effectiveness. Carolyn’s clients value her for combining psychological understanding with organisational pragmatism in order to deliver wider business outcomes through improved people practices.
As a coach and facilitator, Carolyn particularly enjoys supporting and coaching individuals to reach their potential and to lead their teams more effectively. Her extensive expertise in assessment, development and leadership enables Carolyn to offer insight into the people side of business, bringing out the best from human capital investment. Carolyn is passionate about making a difference, and, as such, works closely with her clients to ensure that she understands what they need and can deliver it in a down-to-earth and meaningful way.
