Adrian is a leadership consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of leadership, team and strategy development. He was formerly Director for Strategic Leadership at the Roffey Park Institute and has worked with clients across the sectors in the UK, Europe and Singapore. Adrian particularly enjoys working with his clients to develop their strategic agility in today’s complex and unpredictable operating environment. His views have been published in the Times, Management Journals and on Forbes.com.
Adrian has worked with over 30 ‘top teams’ to help them develop their corporate strategies, their strategic agility and the effectiveness of how they work together, using diagnostic tools to help him design bespoke solutions for each team’s context.
Large Group facilitation: Adrian has developed a highly engaging large group method called Dynamic Space that helps organisations and communities to break down siloed thinking and work collaboratively on shared challenges. He is also one of a handful of UK qualified facilitators for the UN 2030 SDG’s World Simulation that helps organisations explore their environmental and social responsibility and the business opportunities therein.
As an Executive Coach Adrian is qualified with the Coactive Training Institute (ICF accredited) and over the last 15+ years has helped more than 100 executives up to Chief Executive level realise their potential, build resilience and maintain a healthy life balance. He usually works with clients for six sessions to achieve specific goals, but also has ongoing coaching relationships over many years, acting as a catalyst and supporter as their careers progress.
